CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A Cancellation fee of $200.00 will be applicable if an individual cancels prior to Friday 20 September 2024. No refunds applicable for cancellations after Friday 20 September 2024.

If the event is cancelled based on recommendations from the QLD Health and Government requirements with newly implemented / imposed restrictions or closures a full refund will be applicable.  

LIABILITY/INSURANCE

Registration fees don't include insurance of any kind. Neither USANZ nor Taylored Images will accept liability for damages of any nature (including financial) sustained by participants, or loss or damage to their personal property in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters.

It is highly recommended you take out a suitable travel insurance policy including coverage for non refundable registration fees when you register for the meeting and book your travel.

PRIVACY POLICY

Taylored Images collects your personal information on this registration form for the purpose of processing your conference registration. We will not use it for any other purpose unless specifically defined. The information provided may be included in a list of participants provided to all delegates and exhibitors of the conference. This information may include name, phone, fax and email address. Should you not wish to be included please indicate by ticking the box on the registration form. If you do not indicate, Taylored Images assumes you do hereby consent to your information being made available in the list of participants.
