T&C - Exhibition

Sponsorship & Exhibition 
  • Sponsorship/Exhibition packages will be allocated in date order received.
  • Preference is given to sponsors in allocating display space until Thursday 19 September 2024. From that time allocation will be made in order applications are received.
  • In the event critical dates are not adhered to, Taylored Images reserve the right to cancel the agreement and all monies will be forfeited.
  • When a credit card is used for the payment of the deposit if the final payment is not received by the due date, Taylored Images is authorised to charge the credit card for the final balance.
  • Sponsoring companies understand they will not hold any events or social functions conflicting on the same date or time as official conference program sessions or social functions. 
  • NSWHSA & Taylored Images understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the conference you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

Payments

  • Once sponsorship confirmation has been received via the online booking portal, a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued.

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your sponsorship/exhibition
  • Cancellations received before Thursday 06 October 2024 will receive a 50% refund on the total sponsorship/exhibition fees.
  • No refunds will be issued after Thursday 06 October 2024. Non-Payment does not constitute cancellation.
  • If you have registered to attend and the conference is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control, your registration will be refunded to you.

Disclaimer

  • The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics, presenters & locations where necessary. 

Force Majeure 

  • NSWHSA & Taylored Images shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause. 
  • In this clause Force Majeure means circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of NSWHSA and which are reasonably likely to affect NSWHSA's successful deliver of the Event or would make it inadvisable, impractical, illegal, or impossible for a party to perform its obligations as originally contracted under this Agreement, including: fire, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, collapse of building structures, widespread disease or other public health emergency (including pandemic or epidemic), strike or other industrial action (including the declaration of a State of Emergency). 
  • If, as a result of Force Majeure, NSWHSA cancels the Event/s, NSWHSA shall use the reasonable commercial endeavours to reschedule the Event. 
  • If NSWHSA is unable to reschedule the Event in accordance, NSWHSA will issue a refund.
  • Without prejudice to its obligations NSWHSA accepts no liability and will not be liable for and compensation where the performance of its obligations under this Agreement is affected by Force Majeure.
