• Sponsorship/Exhibition packages will be allocated in date order received.
• Preference is given to sponsors in allocating display space until Friday 03 February 2023. From that time allocation will be made in order applications are received.
• In the event critical dates are not adhered to, Taylored Images reserve the right to cancel the agreement and all monies will be forfeited.
• When a credit card is used for the payment of the deposit if the final payment is not received by the due date, Taylored Images is authorised to charge the credit card for the final balance.
• Sponsoring companies undertake they will not hold any events or social functions conflicting on the same date or time as official conference program sessions or social functions.
• ATAS & Taylored Images understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the Conference you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

• A full refund less a $250 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Friday 17 February 2023.
• Cancellations received between Friday 17 February and Friday 03 March 2023 will receive a 50% refund on the sponsorship/exhibition fees.
• No refunds will be issued after Friday 03 March 2023. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
• If you have registered to attend and the conference is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control, your registration will be refunded to you. 

Disclaimer

• The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics, presenters & locations where necessary. 

Force Majeure

• ATAS & Taylored Images shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.
• In this clause, Force Majeure means circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of ATAS and which are reasonably likely to affect ATAS's successful delivery of the Event or would make it inadvisable, impracticable, illegal, or impossible for a party to perform its obligations as originally contracted under this Agreement, including: fire, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, collapse of building structures, widespread disease or other public health emergency (including pandemic or epidemic), strike or other industrial action, the outbreak or declaration of war, act of terrorism, revolution or government orders or action (including the declaration of a State of Emergency).
• If, as a result of Force Majeure, ATAS cancels the Event/s, ATAS shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to reschedule the Event.
• If ATAS is unable to reschedule the Event in accordance, ATAS will issue a refund.
• Without prejudice to its obligations ATAS accepts no liability and will not be liable for any compensation where the performance of its obligations under this Agreement is affected by Force Majeure.
