Breastfeeding / Expressing Room
A private room for breastfeeding/expressing is available onsite at the meeting.Please indicate during registration if you require this service. Prior notification is required to ensure space is allocated, this cannot be done onsite.

Accommodation Terms & Conditions
Accommodation bookings & amendments made after Friday 16 October 2026 will incur a $33 service fee.A credit card must be provided with your booking to guarantee accommodation. Your card details will be forwarded to the accommodation venue as guarantee of the booking. It is essential all accommodation bookings/amendments/cancellations are forwarded to Taylored Images. Taylored Images do not charge your card for accommodation. Payments for accommodation is finalised on departure direct with the accomodation venue.

As per hotel terms & conditions any accommodation cancellations made after Friday 16 October 2026 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total accommodation cancelled. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability at the best rate of the day.

Liability/Insurance
Registration fees don't include insurance of any kind. Neither NSWHSA nor Taylored Images will accept liability for damages of any nature (including financial) sustained by participants, or loss or damage to their personal property in the even of industrial disruptions or natural disasters.It is highly recommended you take out a suitable travel insurance policy including coverage for non refundable registration fees when you register for the meeting and book your travel.

Privacy Policy
Taylored Images collects your personal information on this registation form for the purpose of processing your conference registration. We will not use it for any other purpose unless specifcally defined. The information provided to all deleagtes and exhibitors of the conference. This information may include name, phone, fax, email address. Should you not wish to be included please indicate by ticking the box on the registration form. If you do not indicate, Taylored Images assumes you do hereby consent to your information being made available in the list of participants.
