A full refund less a $50 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Friday 16 January 2026.
Cancellations received between Friday 16 January 2026 and Friday 30 January 2026 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees.
No refunds will be issued after Friday 30 January 2026. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
