A full refund less a $50 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Friday 07 March 2025.
Cancellations received between Friday 07 March 2025 and Friday 21 March 2025 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees.
No refunds will be issued after Friday 21 March 2025. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
