T & C - Exhibition

  • Recognition /Exhibition packages will be allocated in date order received.
  • Preference is given to partners in allocating display space until Friday 03 September 2021. From that time allocation will be made in order applications are received
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your package is required on application.100% cancellation fee applies for any partnership and/or exhibition cancellations after Friday 03 September 2021.
  • When a credit card is used for the payment of the deposit if the final payment is not received by the due date, Taylored Images is authorised to charge the credit card for the final balance.
  • Taylored Images reserve the right to amend the exhibition floor plan to accommodate the number of booths or to accommodate operational venue requirements.
  • Partners/Exhibiting companies undertake they will not hold any events or social functions conflicting on the same date or time as official conference program sessions or social functions.
  • Taylored Images accept no liability for damage to exhibits by loss, damage, theft, fire, water, storms, strikes, riots or any cause whatsoever. Partners/exhibitors are advised to insure against such liability.

IF THE EVENT CANCELS

  • The extent of refunds will be a matter for the host organisation (the underwriter) to decide
  • Consequential Damage - The Organisers will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered in connection with this agreement
  • Definitions: "Organisers" means USANZ and the Meeting Managers
