CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A full refund less a 20% service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Friday 14 May 2021.

Cancellations received between Friday 14 May and Friday 28 May 2021 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after Friday 28 May. 

Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. 

If you have registered to attend and the conference is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control, your registration will be refunded to you less a service fee, if the event can't be rescheduled.


LIABILITY / INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Neither TPC nor Taylored Images will accept liability for damages of any nature (including financial) sustained by participants, or loss or damage to their personal property in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.

It is highly recommended you take out a suitable travel insurance policy including coverage for non refundable registration fees when you register for the meeting and book your travel.


PRIVACY POLICY

Taylored Images collects your personal information on this registration form for the purpose of processing your conference registration. We will not use it for any other purpose unless specifically defined. The information provided may be included in a list of participants provided to all delegates and exhibitors of the conference.

This information may include name, phone, fax and email address. Should you not wish to be included please indicate by ticking the box on the registration form. If you do not indicate, Taylored Images assumes you do hereby consent to your information being made available in the list of participants.
