T&C - Sponsorship & Exhibition
SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITION
• Sponsorship/Exhibition packages will be allocated in date order received.
• In the event critical dates are not adhered to, Taylored Images reserve the right to cancel the agreement and all monies will be forfeited
• A 50% non-refundable deposit must be received at the time of booking.
• 100% cancellation fee applies if you cancel any sponsorship and/or exhibition bookings after Friday 10 September 2021.
• When a credit card is used for the payment of the deposit if the final payment is not received by the due date, Taylored Images is authorised to charge the credit card for the final balance.
• Taylored Images reserve the right to amend the exhibition floor plan to accommodate the number of booths or to accommodate operational venue requirements.
• Sponsor/Exhibiting companies undertake they will not hold any events or social functions conflicting on the same date or time as official conference program sessions or social functions.
FORCE MAJEURE
• QHSS, NSWHA & Taylored Images shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.
• In this clause, Force Majeure means circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of QHSS & NSWHSA and which are reasonably likely to affect their successful delivery of the Event or would make it inadvisable, impracticable, illegal, or impossible for a party to perform its obligations as originally contracted under this Agreement, including: fire, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, collapse of building structures, widespread disease or other public health emergency (including pandemic or epidemic), strike or other industrial action, the outbreak or declaration of war, act of terrorism, revolution or government orders or action (including the declaration of a State of Emergency).
• If, as a result of Force Majeure, QHSS & NSWHSA cancels the Event/s, they shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to reschedule the Event.
• If QHSS & NSWHSA are unable to reschedule the Event in accordance, they will issue a refund.
• Without prejudice to its obligations QHSS & NSWHSA accepts no liability and will not be liable for any compensation where the performance of its obligations under this Agreement is affected by Force Majeure.
