Who Should Sponsor or Exhibit?

2020 Techno Practicum College “The Heart Team Meeting” provides a unique environment in which delegates will focus on the sharing and presentation of topics associated with the latest in cardiac surgery and cardiology techniques.

This provides an excellent opportunity for your company to promote your products and services to maintain a high profile among specialists before, during and after the event. Opportunities include:

• To consolidate corporate relationships and expose your representatives to their key markets; &
  
• For your representatives to mix informally with medical professionals
  

TERMS & CONDITIONS - Exhibiton

• Sponsorship/Exhibition packages will be allocated in date order received
  
• Preference is given to sponsors in allocating display space until (8 weeks pre conference) Friday 24 January 2020. From that time allocation will be made in order applications are received
  
• In the event critical dates are not adhered to, Taylored Images reserve the right to cancel the agreement and all monies will be forfeited
  
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your package is required on application
  
• 100% cancellation fee applies for any sponsorship and/or exhibition cancellations (4 weeks pre first day of conference) Friday 21 February 2020
  
• When a credit card is used for the payment of the deposit if the final payment is not received by the due date, Taylored Images is authorised to charge the credit card for the final balance
  
• Taylored Images reserve the right to amend the exhibition floor plan to accommodate the number of booths or to accommodate operational venue requirements
  
• Sponsor/Exhibiting companies undertake they will not hold any events or social functions conflicting on the same date or time as official conference program sessions or social functions
  
• Taylored Images accept no liability for damage to exhibits by loss, damage, theft, fire, water, storms, strikes, riots or any cause whatsoever. Sponsors/exhibitors are advised to insure against such liability
