CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY A full refund less a $50 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Friday 26 September 2025. Cancellations received between Friday 26 September and Friday 03 October 2025 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after Friday 03 October. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. If you have registered to attend and the conference is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control, your registration will be refunded to you.
